If you want a quick take away (because I still don’t feel like a lot of typing) it’s this- emotion and logic both have their place in life. Sometimes you gotta feel it out first, then work it out next. Lead with heart but let your brain do the walking. Trust your intuition and hunches but don’t allow yourself to get carried away. Verify and refine.
